REDO3X, PhytO3, Ventafresh, AONSYS, ADOXY, BDDEGEOW, and SwissFood Tech Management, Inc (update)

SwissFood Tech Management, Inc. is a Swiss corporation. Its purpose is the exploitation of the inventions and patents of Mr. Hans Peter Steffen from Dürrenroth, Switzerland. To achieve this goal, the company has signed contracts with Mr. Steffen and the company SwissFood Tech Ltd (which is co-owned by Mr. Steffen and which was also assigned all exploitation rights).

Subject of these contracts is the exclusive right to exploit all existing and future patents of Mr. Steffen by SwissFood Tech Management, Inc.; they therefore include the technologies of PhytO3 and Ventafresh. Mr. Steffen was one of the founders and principal shareholders of the company. He was also Co-CEO until he has left the company. According to the analysis of a number of experts, the contracts are valid. The goals of the company remain unchanged.

We have learned that the technology PhytO3 seems to be sold under the new names of REDO3X Tech, ADOXY and/or BDDEGEOW thus possibly violating the rights of SwissFood Tech Management, Inc.

In addition, the following companies, which appear to be related to each other and to Mr. Steffen, appear to try to sell licences of the technologies mentioned before:

AONSYS, Inc. (UK),
AONSYS Technologies, Inc. (Utzenstorf, Switzerland),
AONSYS Technologies Ltd., Australia
SwissFood Australia Pty Ltd., SwissFood Tech Australia Pty Ltd. and other variants of this name

We hereby inform all current and potential users of REDO3X, PhytO3 and Ventafresh that the distribution of either technology by any of these companies and/or Mr. Steffen personally might violate the rights of SwissFood Tech Management, Inc.
